What is IEMT? IEMT stands for Integral Eye Movement Therapy and uses eye movements to alter or distort certain memories and feelings associated with troubling memories. This works by focusing on a troublesome memory and to specify the feeling attached to the memory. Then following some specific eye movements while still accessing the memory. The aim is to neutralize the memory and feeling attached to it so it stops being troublesome.
