Harriet is a volunteer at Ticking Off Breast Cancer. She lives in West Yorkshire with her husband and three children. She was diagnosed with ductal invasive, oestrogen positive breast cancer in April 2017 aged 46. She finished treatment nine months later after six rounds of chemotherapy, a lumpectomy and bi-lateral shave, twenty rounds of radiotherapy and started taking Tamoxifen. She is a content and copywriter and looks after the personal and guest blogs posted on the TOBC website. She loves being a part of a supportive community that gives people the chance to share their experiences of breast cancer.
Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100. Since then we have raised over £6.5m. We couldn’t do any of this without you. Please donate, if we all act now we believe that by 2050 everyone who develops breast cancer will live.
