With Future Dreams, I aim to provide a safe, compassionate and confidential space for anyone affected by a breast cancer diagnosis. All thoughts and feelings are welcome in my sessions, especially those thoughts and feelings that can feel uncomfortable to share with family and friends. I have an understanding that, at times, it can be isolating as one navigates a cancer diagnosis. This understanding was gained during my time as a volunteer counsellor with Macmillan and my local hospice, and it greatly informed my professional practice. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I offer online counselling or face-to-face therapy in my office in West Sussex.
