Maryanne Taylor is a certified and experienced sleep consultant, passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate sleep challenges. She knows firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep issues can be, having experienced chronic fatigue, non-sleeping babies, cancer, and early menopause herself. After her own breast cancer diagnosis, she gained a deeper understanding of how treatment, and physical and emotional strain can have such an impact on sleep. Maryanne first founded Child Sleep Works in 2010, supporting families with their children’s sleep before expanding her expertise to adult sleep. Now, through The Sleep Works, she supports people with personalised, evidence-based and manageable strategies to improve their sleep, regain energy, and reduce burnout—without adding pressure. Alongside her 1:1 work, Maryanne runs workshops, webinars, and sleep clinics, providing practical, tailored strategies for real-life sleep challenges. She’s a member of the British Sleep Society and the International Association for Sleep Consultants, committed to staying up to date with the latest research to best support those she works with. At the end of the day, it’s not just about sleep.
