As a counsellor working both in-house at Future Dreams House and online, I have gained invaluable experience supporting individuals with a breast cancer diagnosis, as well as their families and loved ones.
I joined Future Dreams two years ago with the aim of helping people navigate the complex emotions and challenges that arise during such a life-altering journey. I understand the profound impact a cancer diagnosis can have—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It can often feel like a form of grief, accompanied by emotions such as anger, anxiety, sadness, and fear. Many worry about losing their sense of self.
In my counselling practice, I strive to create a safe, confidential space where clients can explore these feelings and experiences at their own pace. I see myself as a companion on this journey, providing support for as long as it’s needed. My practice is open to both those who have received a cancer diagnosis and their supporters.
I am a registered member (MBACP) of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, ensuring my work adheres to the highest professional standards.
Pre-counselling sessions are available in-person on Wednesdays, select weekday afternoons, and one Saturday morning each month. Regular counselling sessions are held on Wednesdays.
