Stacey is a Holistic Practitioner specialising in meditation and mindfulness, trained with Thich Nhat Hanh in France and through studies in India. After her own rare brain tumour diagnosis and three surgeries, she developed the “Still Point” technique – a quick, powerful meditation practice to help manage anxiety, stress, and treatment-related fears by engaging with the body’s innate wisdom and the stillness that exists below the turmoil and the noise of life.
