Posted by Suzanne Brennan on 02 August 2022

Jackie has been a Registered Nurse for the last 22 years and is originally from Melbourne, Australia. During her first year as a qualified nurse, her passion for looking after and supporting women affected by breast cancer began.

In 2009, Jackie started in the NHS as a Breast Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist, supporting her patients with practical advice, information on their individual treatment and guidance every step of the way. Jackie is currently a Lead Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist and prides herself on delivering high quality expert care to those affected by breast cancer.

Jackie will be available to support visitors of Future Dreams House, both in person and online with her experience and advice on topics from breast cancer treatment to surgery, hormone therapy, to induced menopause concerns and many other issues a person may face on their breast cancer journey. Jackie will be at Future Dreams House every Thursday from 8th September 2022.

Donate to those touched by BREAST cancer

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone.  Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House.  We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
