Our founders Sylvie and Danielle were determined that no one should face breast cancer alone, so fought through their own treatments to put on an ambitious and spectacular fundraising event. Since 2008 we have continued their legacy.

    An intimate evening with Sara Liyanage

    After going through breast cancer in 2017, Sara founded a breast cancer support community, Ticking Off Breast Cancer. She’s written two books: Ticking Off Breast Cancer, a 2020 finalist in the People’s Book Prize and Amazon bestseller; and After Breast Cancer (due 2022). Sara recently authored the chapter on the patient’s perspective in the 2021 UK Oncology Nursing Society manual and has written numerous articles for various charities and organisations.

    Yoga with Vicky Fox

    Whether you are a long time cancer survivor or currently in treatment, this yoga class focuses on making you feel more grounded and comfortable in your changing or changed body, through the use of postures that safely stretch, strengthen, and relax the body.

    A small class size ensures plenty of personal attention and guidance on suitable variations.

  • Tuesday 12 October 2021 – Future Dreams House

    EFT with Sam Rich

    Her intention is to work with you to create positive change in your life to feel calm, peaceful, light and to live in the now and not in the past.

    EFT helps to work through difficult emotions to find the root cause of trauma, core issues and limiting beliefs to bring about emotional well-being in a confidential non-judgemental trusting and safe space.

  • Thursday 14 October 2021 – Future Dreams House

    HeadWrappers Workshop

    In one of our sessions, you will learn some simple but effective ways of tying your free scarf, how to tie other scarves which you may have at home, see a selection of fun hair pieces and hats with hair, and learn how to care for your scalp before, during and after chemotherapy. Most importantly you will meet others going through a similar experience.

  • Monday 18 October 2021 – Future Dreams House

    Tapping for anxiety with Bettina Falkenberg

    Since 2017 Bettina has worked for the charity Breast Cancer Haven helping women to cope with the diagnosis, treatment, and aftermath of a breast cancer diagnosis. Apart from seeing clients individually, she teaches EFT Tapping for ‘emotional first aid’ and as a daily self-care tool.

    TIME TO (RE)UNITE: VIRTUAL SELF-CHECK WITH THE ESTEE LAUDER COMPANIES UK & IRELAND

    ELC UK & Ireland will be hosting their second ‘Time to Unite’ event, aimed to bring people together with a continued sense of unity and encourage everybody to be breast aware.

    Young Women’s Support Group, facilitated by Counsellor Emma Craig

    Emma is a UKCP registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist who has specialized in women’s health and wellbeing. She has loved working at Breast Cancer Haven and Paul’s Cancer Support Service, and is honoured to be joining the Future Dream’s team. Emma is the Clinical Practice Coordinator in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Regent’s University London supervising and teaching on the MA programme. Emma has facilitated many groups and workshops and practices and teaches relaxation and meditation.

    FIGHT NIGHT IV

    We are excited to announce Fight Night 4 which will take place on the 19th May 2022 at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel. The evening will consist of a champagne reception, 3 course meal and 5 white collar bouts with heads of industry going head to head in the ring.
