Our online and in-person workshops and classes assist patients in managing the key issues and pain points when faced with a breast cancer diagnosis, through treatment and beyond including:
- Side effects of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery
- Psychological impact eg stress, anxiety, depression and body image
- Menopausal symptoms
- Infertility
- Lymphoedema and mobility
- Fatigue and insomnia
- Immediate and long term implications of living with breast cancer
We do this through a diverse range of workshop, classes, professional breast care services, one-to-one therapies and services, a support hub and partnering with specialist support groups that offer valuable peer support.

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House.
