Workshops and classes
Our online and in-person workshops and classes assist patients in managing the key issues and pain points when faced with a breast cancer diagnosis, through treatment and beyond including:
- Side effects of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery
- Psychological impact eg stress, anxiety, depression and body image
- Menopausal symptoms
- Infertility
- Lymphoedema and mobility
- Fatigue and insomnia
- Immediate and long term implications of living with breast cancer
We do this through a diverse range of workshop, classes, professional breast care services, one-to-one therapies and services, a support hub and partnering with specialist support groups that offer valuable peer support.

One-to-one therapies & professional advice
At Future Dreams, we are continuously developing and tailoring the support we provide in line with the needs of those using Future Dreams and those who have been touched by breast cancer.
Our one-to-one therapies include and cover:
- Acupuncture
- Reflexology
- Physiotherapy
- Oncology Massage
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Our one-to-one advice includes:
- Breast Care Nurse Appointments with Jackie Wright, a qualified Breast Care Nurse and Lead Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist within the NHS and Future Dreams.
- Counselling Sessions with Diane Burnett
- Financial Advice with Eloise Cornes
- Specialist bra and prosthesis fittings with Monica Harrington
