A gymnastics group from Liverpool performed a brand-new routine, at The Lowry in Manchester, for the first time at the weekend using the Joss Stone and Change + Check Choir song ‘Golden’.
The group were inspired by the song and wanted to show Future Dreams what it meant to each of the performers.
“The song impacted us so much we loved it as soon as we heard it.”
All the team interpreted the song in their own way to inspire their performance and wanted to show that we have to be our own superheroes too.
The routine was performed in front of some special Olympians and the team signed the chorus as part of their choreography.
It was a special day for all the team and stemmed from feeling inspired by the Change + Check Choir on the Lorraine Show.

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help.
