We’re looking for people who want to be part of a compassionate, forward-thinking organisation, one that is constantly learning, evolving, and striving to do better for our community. If you’re motivated by purpose, collaboration, and want your work to make a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Future Dreams is a pioneering charity providing psychological, practical, and emotional support to those diagnosed with breast cancer. We also promote early detection and fund vital research into secondary breast cancer. Much of our work is delivered from Future Dreams House in King’s Cross, a welcoming, community-focused space offering workshops, one-to-one support, and connection for people at every stage of their breast cancer journey.
We may be a relatively small charity, but our impact is significant. Every role at Future Dreams contributes directly to supporting our visitors when they need it most.
Our staff give their best, often while supporting our visitors through difficult times. In return, we offer a supportive, inclusive workplace with a strong sense of togetherness, and meaningful employee benefits.
We celebrate birthdays, share ideas openly, and value collaboration across teams, actively encouraging staff to grow, reflect, and shape how we deliver our services.
Wellbeing matters, especially in a charity like ours. We support our team with free self-care sessions such as yoga, free monthly online counselling and other health and wellbeing initiatives.
This is just a snapshot of what it’s like to work at Future Dreams. It’s a special place where people care deeply, support one another, and are united by a shared purpose.
Could you join our team?

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
