15 years after the passing of her mother by secondary breast cancer, Carly organised a 5k fundraising walk in her honour around Regents Park. The walk was attended by 40 friends and family and took place on January 12, raising a brilliant £1,431 total. Having had her own breast cancer diagnosis and running the monthly BRCA Meet-up, Carly is a truly valued member of our community.
Sporting pink beanies, with children and animals all taking part, the group embarked on their fundraising walk around the iconic London park. The journey was punctuated by a heartfelt speech from Carly, as well as some words from her young daughter on what Future Dreams means to her.
If you are marking a milestone this year, we would love to support you in your own fundraising challenge.

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
