To date, over 66 women have detected and therefore got treated for breast cancer as a result of the Change + Check campaign launched in partnership with ITV’s Lorraine Show and our ambassador, Helen Addis.
This year the ladies came together to raise awareness by recording Golden, a song written by British composer, Ian Masterson and Hayley Sanderson. Since then, British singer, Joss Stone has joined the choir to release a star-studded version of the song. Let’s help make Golden the Christmas No.1. In addition, Future Dreams printed thousands of Change + Check stickers which were in changing rooms, toilets, salons, and communal areas/notice boards throughout the UK.

Joss shared, “It’s a wonderful song. It means a lot to me, to all of us. Especially my cousin Jo, who has gone through breast cancer and she’s here today. She’s been the most inspiring person I know.”
The single is also dedicated to Hannah Hawkins, 33, a producer for Lorraine who recently passed away from secondary breast cancer.
Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
