Future Dreams offers one-to-one Breast Care Nurse appointments to address the key issues and pain points of those living with a breast cancer diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.

At Future Dreams, we offer a diverse range of online and in-person 1-2-1 professional advice to support the needs of those who have been touched by breast cancer.

    Jackie Wright is a qualified Breast Care Nurse with more than 18 years experience. Appointments with Jackie are available to all those who have or have had a breast cancer diagnosis to discuss any clinical issues arising from your diagnosis and treatment, to provide you with extra support, information and advice and to offer comprehensive, compassionate and specialised support. Appointments are available in-person, online or over the phone.

  • Claire Mabena Breast Care Nurse Appointments

    Claire Mabena is a Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 28 years’ experience. Claire has a wealth of knowledge and expertise for those affected through all aspects of their breast cancer management. Claire has advanced communication and counselling skills which she brings to all of her 1-2-1 appointments. Claire is offering a 45 minute in-person or online 1-2-1 appointment on a Saturday when Future Dreams House is open.

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone.  Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House.  We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help.
