VOLUNTEERING

Great acts are made up of many small deeds. You will be helping to make a real and positive difference to the lives of those touched by breast cancer. We could not do what we do without our wonderful volunteers.

Volunteer with Future Dreams

Volunteering is incredibly rewarding and a great way for you to share your skills, gain experience and give back. Whether you are signing up on your own or with a group of friends or colleagues, we want to say a big thank you. Gifting your time will make a real and positive difference to the lives of those touched by breast cancer.

We use the MyImpact app to manage all our events and activities that would benefit from volunteer support. Once registered you can view all opportunities, sign up and record your volunteering hours.

Please follow the instructions and sign up through either of the two options below:

    1. CLICK HERE for sign up via laptop/desktop. Click New User and set up your own password.
    2. CLICK HERE for sign up via mobile. Click New User and set up your own password.
    3. Download the MyImpact app. Use your User name and password to log into the Future Dreams account
    4. Click on Opportunities to view all current volunteering opportunities and start signing up to shifts/activities.

volunteer opportunities

We could not do what we do without you and Future Dreams has a broad range of volunteer opportunities for you to get involved with including:

  • VOLUNTEERING AT FUTURE DREAMS HOUSE – This could include assisting with general administration and reception, supporting in the Dream Kitchen, or set up and break down of workshops and classes (eg Style Workshops).
  • SKILLS SHARING – share your skills and experience to further the charity’s work, reach and impact including helping with our fundraising research, planning and development, HR advice, communications/digital marketing, etc.
  • VOLUNTEERING AT EVENTS – In 2024 we have a number of exciting events. Our Fight Night V, a white collar boxing event (March) will require 30+ volunteers, our Ladies Lunch in partnership with the Estee Lauder Companies (September) requires 30+ volunteers and our corporate golf day (June) will require 20+ volunteers. We also attend third party events in aid of Future Dreams – many of which need volunteer help.
  • VOLUNTEERING AT CHALLENGE ACTIVITIES – We are extremely fortunate to have many wonderful supports competing in challenges throughout the year. Every event needs volunteers to support our challenge eventers on the day including cheering competitors during the race and congratulating them at the finish line.

Support awareness research

Donate to those touched by BREAST cancer

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone.  Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House.  We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help.
