Mental Health support over the festive period

What do l do if I feel unwell?

Your NHS is here for you 365 days a year – please seek medical advice either for your physical or mental health as needed.

If you are undergoing chemotherapy and feel unwell, please call your acute oncology/emergency phone number. This should have been given to you once you started treatment. If you don’t have a phone number to call, please call 111 or go straight to Accident and Emergency (A&E).

If you have had recent surgery and you have concerns about your surgical wounds, please call 111 for advice, go straight to your local urgent care centre or A&E.

The majority of the NHS Breast Units in the UK will be closed for the main bank holidays only, so please reach out to your team during the festive season for any non-urgent queries.

Future Dreams House will reopen for all workshops, appointments, classes and drop-ins from 6th January. To see the full schedule and book for 2025 use the link below.

From all of us at Future Dreams happy holidays and best wishes for the new year.

Donate to those touched by BREAST cancer

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone.  Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House.  We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
