Whether you were diagnosed today or ten years ago we can support you, and those you love.
Our support services aim to assist patients in managing the key issues and pain points when faced with a breast cancer diagnosis, through treatment and beyond including:
We do this through a diverse range of workshops, classes, professional breast care services, one-to-one therapies and services, a support hub and partnering with support groups that offer valuable peer support. In addition, we produce the annual Future Dreams Magazine and the award-winning podcast hosted by Victoria Derbyshire, And Then Came Breast Cancer.

All Our Support Services BookingsFuture Dreams creates and supports breast health awareness programmes to encourage everyone to know their normal, check out changes and ultimately save lives.
One in seven women will experience breast cancer in their lifetime. Future Dreams wants all women, and men, to be taught from an early age to know their normal and look out for any changes.
Our awareness initativesWe fund vital research into secondary breast cancer, also known as metastatic, advanced or stage IV breast cancer. Secondary breast cancer is when the disease has spread beyond the breast to other parts of the body. It is uncurable. Around 25% of people diagnosed with secondaries survive for at least 5 years. Recent data estimates 31 people loose their lives to secondary breast cancer every day.
Our Research ProjectsDonated over £1.2m to breast cancer research projects
Delivered over 7,000 care packages to women, and men
Raised over £8m through events for our three charity aims – support, awareness and research.
Delivered over 800 post-surgery bras through the NHS to patients who needed them.
Helped over 51 women find early signs of breast cancer as a result of the Change and Check stickers we produced with ITV’s Lorraine Show and our ambassador Helen Addis.
Launched 26 episodes of ‘And Then Came Breast Cancer’ Podcast, a unique, honest and uplifting podcast hosted by award-winning TV presenter, journalist and breast cancer survivor Victoria Derbyshire.
Future Dreams has created a breast cancer support centre, based in central London called Future Dreams House
Visitors will be able to access practical support including image workshops, life coaching, financial and nutritional advice on exercise and healthy eating from this central London location, perhaps the most vital function of the new centre is to provide a non-medical environment in which people can form friendships and networks that will help them to take on this disease from a place of solidarity and empowerment.
Learn moreSylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
