October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We would greatly appreciate everyone’s support. There are many ways you can get involved, fundraise and support those touched by breast cancer whether you’re an individual, a group of friends, a company or community group.

jOIN THE 1 IN 7 CHALLENGE
To reflect the one in seven women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, take on the Future Dreams’ #1in7Challenge. Do it your way – once a week throughout October commit to doing an activity outside of your daily routine, take a photo and post referencing #1in7Challenge and #futuredreams. Every week can be different so whether you choose to dress in pink for work, paint your nails pink, tell your story, walk to work, host a tea party, donate the price of your morning coffee – anything goes – just post to your socials once every seven days.

If you are keen golfer, reach out to your friends or colleagues and organise a 4Ball or charity golf day for Future Dreams this October. We can support you and provide materials and prizes.

Asking those closest to you to donate to Future Dreams to mark your special occasion is a generous and thoughtful way to raise money for our life-changing support and funding secondary breast cancer research. The Breast Health Masterclass is available in-person or online and is delivered by Amanda Hanison, our Support and Awareness Ambassador, and other Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity representatives and professionals.

CHANGE & CHECK STICKERS
In 2019, 51 women found early signs of breast cancer as a result of the Change + Check campaign launched in partnership with ITV’s Lorraine Show and our ambassador Helen Addis. Donate to those touched by BREAST cancer
Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help.
