October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We would greatly appreciate everyone’s support. There are many ways you can get involved, fundraise and support those touched by breast cancer whether you’re an individual, a group of friends, a company or community group.
There really is something for everybody – please take a look at the ideas below at get in touch.
To reflect the one in seven women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, take on the Future Dreams’ #1in7Challenge. Do it your way – once a week throughout October commit to doing an activity outside of your daily routine, take a photo and post referencing #1in7Challenge and #futuredreams. Every week can be different so whether you choose to dress in pink for work, paint your nails pink, tell your story, walk to work, host a tea party, donate the price of your morning coffee – anything goes – just post to your socials once every seven days.I’m Taking Part

Get together with your friends or colleagues for a coffee morning, quiz night or dinner to raise valuable awareness and funds. We’d be delighted to help maximise your efforts.
Asking those closest to you to donate to Future Dreams to mark your special occasion is a generous and thoughtful way to raise money for our life-changing support and funding secondary breast cancer research. Set up a JustGiving page and share the link with friends and close ones. Or try using a company like KinderGifts
Every donation will make a difference to the lives of people touched by breast cancer.
Get your colleagues or friends together for a pink-themed day and use it as an excuse to dress up and have fun in favourite pink fashion items. Why not add some accessories and paint your nails pink.

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
