Posted by Suzanne Brennan on 08 November 2022

London UK 8th November 2022: Vinehealth announces its partnership with leading UK breast cancer charity, Future Dreams whose mission is to provide practical and emotional support for those diagnosed with breast cancer. Future Dreams also promotes breast health awareness and funds vital secondary breast cancer research. Together, they will work towards supporting people living with breast cancer to access supportive information, as well as enabling them to better track, manage and understand their care through the Vinehealth digital app.

Vinehealth is a mobile app to support cancer patients and their loved ones through treatment by allowing them to really easily track and understand their care. The app supports people to understand their symptoms and side effects, and helps them to communicate these to their care team. The app also delivers reminders about medications and appointments and provides reliable, up-to-date information on how to manage treatment and lifestyle issues.

Co-developed with hundreds of patients, as well as with NHS oncologists, Vinehealth also connects patients to their clinical team, helping them to feel confident and in control, and supporting people with cancer to find their new normal.

Future Dreams has a wealth of valuable information on their Online Support Hub for people living with, or after, Breast Cancer and Vinehealth are delighted that this supportive content is now live in their app, enabling even more people to access vital information and support lives.

The Vinehealth app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

Donate to those touched by BREAST cancer

Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone.  Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House.  We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
