The festive period and this time of year can be difficult for those touched by breast cancer.
This year members of the secondary breast cancer community came together to decorate the Future Dreams tree.
Coming together to dress the tree is a reminder of better times to come. Charlii who is part of the secondary breast cancer community was very thankful to have been asked to decorate the Future Dreams tree this year.
