On average, we will spend more than one third of our lives at work. The importance of creating positive working environments that support the physical, mental and emotional health of all employees is therefore paramount. Healthy and supportive workplaces boost morale, increase motivation and productivity, reduce burnout and improve recruitment and retention.
The Breast Health Masterclass can be delivered in-person or virtually by our experienced team comprising of healthcare professionals and those who have been personally affected by breast cancer.
Every session is bespoke, tailored to your requirements and includes:
Further workshops cover a broader range of specialist speakers and subjects such as secondary breast cancer, clinically induced menopause, HR support, hormone therapies, mental health, nutrition & exercise and genetics and understanding.

In 2019, 51 women found early signs of breast cancer as a result of the Change + Check campaign launched by Future Dreams in partnership with ITV’s Lorraine Show and our ambassador Helen Addis (otherwise known as The Titty Gritty). The stickers continue to be displayed in changing rooms across the country and in thousands of online shopping deliveries by brand partners every year.

Every October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Future Dreams invites nail technicians and beauty salons to help raise vital funds for our Let’s Nail Breast Cancer campaign. You can donate when you book with participating salons or pay for your treatment. All money raised will go directly towards breast cancer support, awareness and research.
Fighting breast cancer is a cause that has always united the nail industry. Let’s Nail Breast Cancer was founded by Louella Belle’s Lisa Crook in collaboration with Rene Lipsitz of RE:NEW beauty and Susan Gerrard of Gerrard International. Sadly Lisa and Rene passed away from breast cancer in 2017 and 2015 respectively.
You can help us to help those touched by breast cancer.
Please join us at one of our unique fundraising events.

If we all act now we believe that by 2050, everyone who develops breast cancer will live.
Sylvie and Danielle began Future Dreams with just £100 in 2008. They believed nobody should face breast cancer alone. Their legacy lives on in Future Dreams House. We couldn’t continue to fund support services for those touched by breast cancer, raise awareness of breast cancer and promote early diagnosis and advance research into secondary breast cancer without your help. Please consider partnering with us or making a donation.
